Paris is great and has been so good too me. But I am really not looking forward to going back to the states.. I haven’t been homesick once.. and on top of that my “friends” back home have been treating me like shit. Over them. fresh start when I return to America.. i do plan on coming back to Paris but in 1 year for graduate school.. I haven’t decided completely but I am sure of it.. Paris is where I belong

I miss Rich so much.. I just wish I could go back to Junior and Senior year of high school when life seemed so feel of possibilities and I could be naive and it would be somewhat okay. Life just seemed to go downhill in a way after high school… at COC it was such a bubble and my only motivation was to transfer.. and now that I have and I am at my dream school and living my dream life.. I’m missing a few people who were there in the past that made life bearable.. but like I always do i drove them away.. and now its just me..

It’s tragic that society thinks there’s a certain number of men that women should be allowed to be with in a given number of time. You cannot say there’s a freedom of choice if you apply the same standards to everyone; then you’re no different than the country I left, full of dogmas and stereotypical expectations for people, especially for women. So what if a woman decides that she wants to sleep with a lot of men? Why does that make her slutty, when applied to men, there are double-standards? And even if you do judge men and women by the same standards, as long as it’s under consent, why is it any of our business that the person is trying to figure out what works for her? Cut the crap with your societal standards. Let Taylor Swift have 15 dates if she wants to. I know people in real life who’s dated more in the same period, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Let people live their lives the way they believe is right if you believe you should live it the way you believe it. There is no universal moral standard that says you know what’s the best. Let people make mistakes. I’m still learning to understand people and it’s a growing process for me too, but it’s not fair to think that everybody should live life the way you think is right and moral. I don’t believe in moral obligations or duties. The only duty for us as a human being, the only thing we signed up for by birth, is to be responsible for our own happiness and our own lives. It comes down to that, and that’s the only thing I believe. I refuse to believe anything that others tell me or are planted upon me unless I’ve experienced it my way and concluded that it works for me. We don’t need to be anything others tell us that we need to be, or that we need to be doing. We can’t live our lives accordingly to what others want.
